These terms govern use of the Thrillwaukee website, list signup, messaging program, and related event services operated by Thrillwaukee LLC.

list signup

By joining the Thrillwaukee email list, you ask us to send event announcements, presale information, location reveals, access updates, and related Thrillwaukee communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism included in our messages.

sms program

Text messaging is optional. If you separately check the SMS opt-in box and provide a mobile number, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from Thrillwaukee at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or joining the email list.

Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

eligibility and events

Event age restrictions, identification requirements, venue rules, ticket terms, refund rules, and other event-specific conditions may be posted separately and apply in addition to these terms.

purchases

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Additional checkout terms, pricing, inventory, refund, and payment-provider rules may apply to purchases.

acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or use Thrillwaukee services in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

changes

We may update these terms as Thrillwaukee evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version posted on the site.
