information we collect
When you join the Thrillwaukee list, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, campus, birthday, Black Card interest, and related signup information. We also receive ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the site.
how we use it
We use signup information to operate Thrillwaukee, send event announcements, presale information, location reveals, access updates, and other communications you requested, maintain our records, prevent abuse, and improve our services.
email and text messages
Joining the email list allows us to send Thrillwaukee email communications. SMS marketing is optional and requires a separate affirmative opt-in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP. Email messages may include an unsubscribe link.
mobile information
Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers to process communications and operate the service on our behalf, subject to appropriate restrictions.

We may use hosting, form-processing, payment, email, SMS, analytics, security, and other operational providers. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Thrillwaukee.

Event payment information is processed by our payment provider. Thrillwaukee does not intentionally collect full payment-card details through the signup form.
retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Thrillwaukee, maintain records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may ask us to update or delete your contact information by emailing us.
